Hi, I’m Tina Pineiro, founder and driving force of TMP Media Group, where creativity, technology, and learning come together. I’m an educator, instructional designer, and digital learning professional passionate about helping people learn with confidence in today’s technology-driven world.

I hold a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Learning Technologies, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Science. My background combines education, communication, technology, and creative media, allowing me to design learning experiences that are both engaging and practical.

Over the years, I’ve worked in classroom instruction, adult education, technology training, and digital content development, helping learners of all ages build skills and confidence. I also have extensive experience creating presentations, training materials, online learning resources, and educational media using modern digital tools and platforms.

What I enjoy most is taking ideas, information, and technology that may feel overwhelming and turning them into clear, approachable, and meaningful learning experiences. Whether I’m developing training materials, creating educational content, or helping others navigate new technology, my goal is always the same: to make learning more engaging, accessible, and effective.
