Mature Student Hub (operated by TMP Media Group) does not sell, rent, or monetize your personal academic records, notes, syllabi, or contact information. Your educational journey belongs to you.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Mature Student Hub, we collect only the minimum necessary information to provide academic planning, milestone tracking, and user community features:

  • Account Information: When you sign in with Firebase Authentication (Email/Password or Google Sign-In), we store your email address, display name, and unique user identifier (UID).
  • Academic Data & Course Schedules: Courses, assignment deadlines, milestone checklist status, time budget audits, and syllabus notes that you create in the app.
  • Community Interactions: Posts, comments, and encouragement reactions you voluntarily share in the Peer Support Forum.
  • Payment & Subscription Records: Subscription status and plan types. Credit card details are securely handled directly by Stripe; we never store your raw payment card numbers or CVC codes on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data collected strictly to:

  • Provide, synchronize, and save your course deadlines and study milestones across devices.
  • Power the AI Assignment Breakdown and The Sage Academic Coach (data sent for AI breakdown is processed securely and is never used to train public machine learning models).
  • Authenticate your account and maintain active subscription privileges.
  • Provide technical support and respond to user inquiries.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firebase Firestore with granular security rules, modern SSL/TLS in-transit encryption, and at-rest database encryption. Only you have write access to your private assignments, study schedules, and confidence reflection logs.
